Fee Payment Policy
Any fees paid towards admission, tuition, examinations, or other college activities through our portal or any other medium are considered final.
Non-Refundable Clause
Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. Whether a student decides to withdraw their admission, drop out of a course, or faces cancellation due to disciplinary issues, the college will not process any refunds.
Payment Failures & Double Deductions
If you experience a transaction failure where the amount was deducted from your bank account but the portal shows "Failed" or "Pending", please do not attempt a second payment immediately. Wait for 24-48 hours for the banking gateway to reconcile the transaction. If the amount is debited multiple times due to a technical error on the gateway, the duplicate amount will automatically be reverted by your bank as per standard banking guidelines.
